Information you send
If you email contact@duophonehelp.com, the mailbox provider may receive your email address, message, attachments, and any information you include. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, payment details, or sensitive account identifiers.
The site does not ask for an account or require a form to read its public pages.
Analytics and advertising
- The site uses Google Analytics 4. Optional analytics is set to denied by default and starts only after you choose Allow analytics.
- When enabled, Google may receive page URLs, page titles, referrers, browser and device information, approximate location, and interaction or timing events. The site does not intentionally send passwords, recovery codes, payment details, or private device identifiers.
- Your choice is stored in this browser’s local storage so the consent prompt does not reappear on every page. You can clear site data to make a new choice.
- No ad network code is installed, and no ads.txt line is published because no authentic publisher string has been supplied.
Your choices
You can avoid sending personal information by reading the public site without emailing. For a privacy request, contact the editorial desk and describe the request without including secrets. The mailbox and hosting provider may retain operational records according to their own policies.
Changes
The policy will be revised if analytics settings, advertising, affiliate links, forms, or embedded services change. The page’s update date identifies the current version.
Confirmed
- GA4 is configured with optional analytics denied by default.
- No advertising code or ads.txt publisher line is installed.
- The contact route is a mailto link rather than an on-site form.
Provisional
- Mailbox and hosting-provider retention practices depend on the final domain and services configured by the owner.
FAQ
Why is there no ads.txt file yet?
The site does not publish ads.txt until an authentic publisher line is provided. Adding a guessed account string would be unsafe and misleading.
