How to pair and charge it on iPhone Duo
- Expose the Pencil’s USB-C port
Slide open the end of Apple Pencil (USB-C), then connect the USB-C charge cable that came with iPhone Duo.
- Connect it to iPhone Duo
Plug the other end of the cable into the phone. Tap “Tap to Connect” when the pairing prompt appears.
- Charge through the cable
Leave the Pencil connected to iPhone Duo to charge, or connect the Pencil and cable to a USB-C power adapter.
- Check battery and settings
Use the Batteries widget or go to Settings > Apple Pencil. Apple documents toggles for Only Draw with Apple Pencil and Scribble.
